Tania - Educational Travel Advisor
Hi, my name is Tania, and I work in the sales team here at NST.
I have worked for NST for just over 10 years and I love it.
My role is to arrange educational tours for school and college groups.
This involves communicating with teachers when they send in their initial enquiry to find out their trip requirements and setting up quotations to match their needs, I then follow up the quotation and work with them to the booking process.
Upon return from their trip, I will make contact to see how the trip went and to build relationships with teachers so that they will come back to NST to book their next trip with me and also recommend colleagues to book trips with us too.
My role offers plenty of variety as I speak to teachers both on the phone and via email. One day I could be working on a primary school trip to London, a history trip to Berlin and the next a performing arts trip to New York, every day is different!
I really enjoy working for NST, my colleagues are all fabulous and we help each other out and work together as a great sales team. There are great opportunities for progression and personal development as well as opportunities to travel and experience educational trips to build destination knowledge too!
Good luck if you are applying for the role and I hope to see you on the team soon!

We hire the best talent and value a diverse, inclusive team; so we are dedicated to ensuring our application process is accessible to everyone and are happy to provide helpful adjustments to make it easier to complete. Simply email or call us with detail around the adjustments you need.
However, our top priority is the safety of the guests on our centres. Therefore, all employees must undergo an Enhanced criminal records check (known as DBS or PVG), which we pay for. Not all convictions will disqualify you, as we assess each case individually.
